I found my experience a little scary. I thought the shop was too crowded. I had to dodge round lots of the shelves as there was not enough room, for me, to keep even 1 metre between me and other customers. Left before I got everything I wanted. Baskets were sanitized at door which was good.

Ordered a cute childs rug.Delivery could have been a little quicker but really pleased with product.

Was kept up to date with when delivery was due. Lovely duvets quality is good. I have have to put a notice on my front door to let yodel to not to leave my parcels from dunelm out side my front door. They now bring it in and leave at bottom of stairs.

I purchased some items in store and was not given a printed receipt. When I got home and looked I had been overcharged so I called the store. They gave me a customer service number to call. When I eventually get through to customer service today they tell me that they can’t help I have to contact the store directly. I call the store again only to be told I have to return to store to get the refund...I live a 22 mile round trip from the store so it will cost me as much in diesel to get my money which was wrongfully taken back. Disgusted at the total lack of customer service.

Love shopping in Dunelm. Love looking at all the colour coordinates arrangements. I bought everything I needed. Can’t wait to go again.

I bought 2 lovely cream baskets in the Botley store then decided I wanted more. I noticed online that they did grey ones which I thought would be nice. I collected them after a 10 mile drive to find they were blue which was annoying. Went upstairs to get the cream ones which they didn’t have but these were advertised as white which they definitely aren’t. The staff were lovely & looked in the warehouse for me but none available. Whilst still in store at the checkout I ordered 5 white (cream) baskets & paid for them to collect in store. By the time I got home I’d received an email to say they’d refunded me as they didn’t have them! Tried calling customer service yesterday but was on hold for 11 minutes but no answer. The staff in store are lovely & products good value for money if you can get hold of them. Sorry to moaning but I’m disappointed.

Twice I have been in and spent a lot of money and each time have been overcharged for sales items when I rang to complain said I would have to come back its a 20 mile round trip

I placed an order for 3 sofas, 2 arrived correct the other sofa was a completely different sofa. Customer service was a nightmare ive had to get in touch so many times to get them to collect the wrong sofa they delivered and to deliver the right one to me! They finally collected the wrong sofa but I still have not had the right one delivered to me ive used the chat service to find out what is happening I got through to a Shannon B who needs to be put on a customer service course she literally wasted my time ive emailed several times had no response can never get through on the telephone so I have paid in full for 3 sofas and only have 2! And still have no idea when the right one is going to be delivered and its there fault for delivering the wrong one in the first place I will never use dunelm again the whole experience has been awful I wouldn't recommend their online service.

Easy to order, unfortunately had to return as not quite the right colour. Return was easy to organise, refund bit slow!!

Ordered 2nd December, no delivery. Don't bother with chat, it connects you and then leaves you waiting over 45 minutes. Resorted to ringing and the guy on the phone was helpful.
